Villa Hao Kan is a five-bedroom villa in Berawa. This is a mockup made from its public Airbnb listing photos, not a client project. The film follows one day for the whole group: the roof garden in the morning, the pool and open rooms by day, the long table in the afternoon, the lit entrance at night.

Material: Public Airbnb listing photos, 1200 × 800 px at most. The film uses 10 of 34.

The idea

The listing shows five bedrooms, a long pool and one long table. The film turns that into one question: can one villa hold the whole group? It follows a single day, with the light moving from morning to night, so no narration is needed. Every shot leads toward the long table, where everyone can sit together.

Open on the roof garden

The roof garden is the most distinctive thing in the listing. It fills the first seconds, so the film cannot be mistaken for another villa. The drone flies lower than the listing photo and arcs down beside the planter instead of looking straight down.

Light tells the story

There is no voice-over and no text over the footage. The light moves from soft morning to golden afternoon to night, and that shift carries a whole day. Words appear only on the black cards at the start and the end.

Everything leads to one table

Five bedrooms can feel like five separate stays; the long table shows everyone in one place. It appears at 12.5–15 s, the moment the music was set to build toward, and the camera runs along it from the end, an angle the listing does not have. The closing card, in Indonesian, comes back to it: everyone at one table.

Photos as reference, not as frames

The listing photos guided the video model as references for the architecture, furniture and plants, not as first frames. That lets the camera move like a film crew and find angles the listing does not have, like this view across the loungers. Where a new angle reaches past the photos, the same materials continue plainly, and each shot was checked against the listing.

Virtual Staging

The same rooms were staged for two events, a family celebration and a company retreat, so one set of listing photos can speak to two kinds of group. Each room was first remade with AI as a level, professional-style photo with its own lamps on; then only loose decoration was added, so the table, twelve chairs, pendants and bamboo garden stay as they are. Kept true to the place

The architecture, furniture and gardens follow the listing photos. New angles continue the same materials and add no rooms.
No beach, sea or rice fields. The listing shows none, so the film shows none.
The yellow duck float stays in the pool. It is really there.
No people in frame. The rooms carry the story.
The film ends with listing photo 02 beside a frame from the video, so you can compare them yourself.
